Our no fee policy is simple to understand. We do not have an application or upfront fee, no assessment fee, monthly fee or early repayment fee. Borrowers are responsible for legal and valuation fees only.
Our typical client will be cash poor but asset rich and in need of a quick settlement. Ausec Finance is an asset lender – we do not require financials. The only thing a borrower needs is a realistic exit strategy.
